If you are considering buying a home as a primary residence or vacation property...GET AT CLUE...you need to wait. Don't be suckered in by the some real estate agent. They are not economists, they don't understand economics, they want to make MONEY! Yes I know that some aren't that way, but most are.

If you are going to buy a home, find an REO or motivated seller that will take at least 25% less than current market value (the price that other similar homes are selling for right now, not 3 months ago).
