I don't mean to beat a dead horse, but since new people come to this site daily, I don't want them to miss out on this information. Why anyone thinks things are getting better is beyond me. Believe me, I wish they were, but I can not come to that conclusion based upon the data, technical evidence and sound reasoning.

Why would anyone believe a Realtor or the news media when they tell you that the market is bottoming?
