There is a lot of going back and forth between those that believe the housing market has hit bottom and the economy is recovering and those that believe the housing market is still declining and the economy is no where near recovery. While I don't pretend to have a crystal ball and know that God can make anything happen, the stars are certainly aligned for more economic chaos.
