O foolish (unintelligent and unwise) Galatians Christians, who bewitched (maligned and fascinated) you not to obey the truth, to whom before your eyes Jesus Christ was written before among you crucified? –Galatians 3:1

We as Christians have surely “played the harlot” when it comes borrowing and debt. We should be ashamed by our impurity and exposing our nakedness to the worldly, secular, pagan, unrighteous lenders. And yes, I ashamedly speak for myself here as well.
