I wrote last time regarding the unconstitutional way in which HR 4872 – Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 was passed by the US House of Representatives.

The fact that it is a budget reconciliation bill means that it had to be addressing current law.  Instead, when passed, it was addressing HR 3590 – Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, which was still only a bill since it had not yet been signed into law by the President of the United States.

Illegalities aside for the moment, let’s examine HR 4872 a little closer to see what’s in it.  After all, this is the bill that the US Senate is now going to debate and seek to pass with 51 votes, while not allowing any filibusters since those are disallowed on budget reconciliation measures.

The first thing that we notice about HR 4872 is its “unusual” title.  One must stop to ponder why the phrase “and Education” is included.  Are they going to be educating people about health care options?  Are they going to be training more doctors?

No, the phrase refers to the fact that our Federal government is about ready to nationalize all student loans programs in the United States.  The text that describes it begins on Page 123 of the bill.

There’re a few questions that might be popping into your head right now.  First, why is a bill to nationalize all student loans being included as an add-on to health care legislation?  Second, why does our Federal government have such a burning desire to nationalize student loans?

Very few people in our nation are currently asking those questions.  Instead, they’re completely focused on trying to figure out what just happened to the health care options they once enjoyed.

Student Loan Reform has been added to the budget reconciliation bill so that it can “ride along” with the Health Care bill that was just shoved down our throats.  Any language regarding any subject can be added to a bill in Congress.  The language does not have to be “germane” or “relevant” to the original language of the bill.  By “riding along” it keeps the issue from being debated individually on its own merits.

This is how our thieving representatives are able to attach their bribes and pork-barrel spending to various bills.  We have a system where Congress is no longer concerned with the stated contents of a particular bill, but rather how much pork can be added to keep their constituents happy enough to re-elect them.

The Federal government is nationalizing the college student loan programs for one reason – and one reason only.  It’s called revenue.

It used to be that banks issued student loans and those loans were primarily backed by the Federal government.  The banks would issue new loan “credit” (money) for a student loan and then seek repayment from the borrower on money that the bank never did any work for – and that never consisted of the deposits of other bank customers.  Banks were making a LOT of money, and would have the Federal government pay them back via taxpayer dollars for any loans that went delinquent.

Now the Federal government is going to administer the entire student loan process.  That doesn’t sound so bad, does it?  After all, the banks were getting rich off it and the taxpayers were always on the hook for losses.

That’s not the reason that the Federal government is doing it.  Banks still have the “credit valve” shut off on our entire economy (and the economies of the entire developed world).  This is causing massive amounts of credit destruction due to defaults – which is the same as saying massive amounts of monetary destruction.

Our Federal government is nationalizing college student loans so that they can create a new “trust” fund from them and then proceed to steal any money that isn’t paid out in new loans each fiscal year.  The stolen money will be used to enlarge their Marxist government endeavors.

I’m not using “Marxist” as a means of flame-throwing.  It’s just a much more accurate definition than Socialism.  Marxism is Socialism, with an added component of “class warfare” thrown into the mix.  The thought is that if you keep the “classes” fighting each other instead of fighting those that seek to enslave them then you can accomplish whatever goals desired.

The Federal government will replace the stolen money from the Student Loan “trust” fund with IOU’s that will need to be paid back via our future labor down the road – or the labor of our progeny.

All of this also has the result of creating new Federal government debt.  This new debt will be used in an effort to counteract the credit destruction being caused by the international banking community.

It’s all a big game built on power structures and management of human resources who mistakenly think that they have liberty and freedom.

Conclusion

There is a way to effectively and non-violently fight against the tyrants of the international banking system and our Federal government.  It’s very easy to do, would be God-honoring, would strengthen the financial resources of families, and would be the death of Socialism in our country and the bank oligarchy that enslaves us.

For a one-time payment of $39.95 I will send you the answer (JUST KIDDING!!!).  Actually, I will write more on it in the coming weeks.
