Important Note: What I don't like about the MMA is the inflated price. The price is inflated because U1st is a Network Marketing company. U1st was the first company to popularize the Equity Accelerator here in the US. Since then others have come along with their version of it. You may want to search the Internet for others.

Can you do it yourself? Let's just say you can probably come close if you are diligent. The reason why I like the software programs is because they help keep you accountable and on focus to pay off your mortgage. And from what I have seen you will recoup every dollar you spend on the software if you follow it.
